Each winner will receive notification within 10 days of the draw date. First prize winners will be notified via both phone call and SMS; Second prize winners will be notified via SMS. If a participant does not receive any notification SMS, he/she is deemed not to have won any prize. The Organizer shall bear no responsibility if any winner fails to receive the notification SMS or redeem the prize as a result of any incomplete or incorrect information provided.
The Organizer shall send SMS with a link for the winners click for browsing the details, but will not require he/ she to input any personal information. Please stay alert and watch out for any phishing SMS, emails and fraudulent websites.

If any Winner fails to redeem the Prize during the above stated Prize Redemption Period, the Winner will be deemed to have given up his/her prize and his/her rights to redeem it. Any unredeemed Prize will be forfeited and surrendered to the Organizer upon the end of the Prize Redemption Period. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold the Prize or reclaim the same if awarded, and award it to a reserve Winner.
Documents for Prize Redemption
Each Winner is required to prove his/her eligibility to the Organizer by presenting ALL of the following in person at the designated location:
1.Winning SMS notification;
2.Original Hong Kong Identity Card;
3.Original hardcopy or electronic record of COVID-19 vaccinations issued by the Department of Health of HKSAR
If any Winner fails to prove his/her eligibility to the Organizer as stated above, the Winner will be disqualified, and the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the relevant Prize and award the same to any of the reserve Winners and in such manner and order as the Organizer may in its sole and absolute discretion determine.
